The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has announced PWD Assam Recruitment 2025, inviting applications for 654 vacancies for Junior Engineer (Civil) positions. These posts fall under the Public Works (Building & National Highway) Department [PW(B&NH)D] and the joint cadre of Public Works Roads Department (PWRD) & Public Works (Building & NH) Department. - 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering / Civil Engineering & Planning / Construction Technology from an AICTE-recognized technical institute.
- The diploma must be a regular course.

- PwBD: 10 years

Citizenship & Residency Requirements
- Candidates must be Indian Citizens as per Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
- Candidates must be permanent residents of Assam and should provide either:

- Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
