Eligibility Criteria
1. Manager (Electrical)
Qualification: Full-Time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Electrical from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Experience: Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience, including at least 3 years in one of the following pay scales or equivalent:
IDA: ₹70,000 – 2,00,000 (DPE E4 scale)
Govt: ₹15,600–39,100 with GP ₹6,600 (pre-revised) / ₹67,700–2,08,700 (Level 11) CDA
Private Sector: Minimum monthly gross emoluments of ₹1,13,500/-
Essential Experience Profile: Candidates should have at least 10 years of post-qualification experience in any of the following areas:
Design & engineering of 132kV and above transmission systems.
Erection, construction, or testing & commissioning of 132kV and above transmission systems.
Operation & Maintenance of 132kV and above transmission systems.
2. Dy. Manager (Electrical)
Qualification: Full-Time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Electrical from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Experience: Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience, including at least 3 years in one of the following pay scales or equivalent:
IDA: ₹60,000 – 1,80,000 (DPE E3 scale)
Govt: ₹9,300–34,800 with GP ₹5,400 (pre-revised) / ₹53,100–1,67,800 (Level 9) CDA
Private Sector: Minimum monthly gross emoluments of ₹97,300/-
Essential Experience Profile: Candidates should have at least 7 years of post-qualification experience in any of the following areas:
Design & engineering of 132kV and above transmission systems.
Erection, construction, or testing & commissioning of 132kV and above transmission systems.
Operation & Maintenance of 132kV and above transmission systems.
3. Assistant Manager (Electrical)
Qualification: Full-Time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Electrical from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Experience: Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience, including at least 4 years in one of the following pay scales or equivalent:
IDA: ₹50,000 – 1,60,000 (DPE E2 scale)
Govt: Must hold a gazetted post (at least Group B)
Private Sector: Minimum monthly gross emoluments of ₹76,700/-
Essential Experience Profile: Candidates should have at least 4 years of post-qualification experience in any of the following areas:
Design & engineering of 132kV and above transmission systems.
Erection, construction, or testing & commissioning of 132kV and above transmission systems.
Operation & Maintenance of 132kV and above transmission systems.
