Details about NEET Application Form 2025: Apply for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG):

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is the primary entrance exam for undergraduate medical courses in India, including MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BSMS, and BUMS. The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts the NEET-UG exam annually to facilitate admissions into medical and dental programs at top institutions across India.

Exam Date: 4th May 2025 (Sunday)

Exam Time: 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM (3 hours)

Mode of Exam: Offline (Pen & Paper-based Test)

Admit Card Release: By 1st May 2025

Result Declaration: By 14th June 2025 (Tentative)

NEET 2025 Application Fee

NEET 2025 Exam Pattern

The NEET-UG 2025 exam will consist of 180 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), divided across three subjects:

        Physics: 45 Questions (180 Marks)

        Chemistry: 45 Questions (180 Marks)

        Biology (Botany & Zoology): 90 Questions (360 Marks)

        Total Marks: 720

         Negative Marking: 1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.

The NEET exam will be held in various centres across India and abroad. Exam centres in Assam include cities such as Guwahati, Silchar, and Tezpur.

Eligibility

To be eligible for NEET-UG 2025, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Nationality: Indian Nationals, NRIs, OCIs, PIOs, and Foreign Nationals can apply.
Age Limit: Candidates must be 17 years old by 31st December 2025 (born on or before 31st December 2008). There is no upper age limit for NEET-UG.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have passed (or appeared for) the Class 12 (10+2) exam with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (or Biotechnology) from a recognized board/university.
Minimum Marks:
General: 50%
SC/ST/OBC: 40%
PWD: 40%
